As a competitive athlete and bodybuilder for the past quarter century, my passion has always been to be the best bodybuilder onstage and to help others become the best that they've ever achieved in terms of improved health, body composition, sports performance, weight loss, lean muscle gains, and generally to enter a unique space that they've never crossed into in their lives.
